Soothing Stone Necklaces

The use of soothing stones is one of many folk practices that can function as a self-soothing exercise.
I personally love this function in jewelry, over the years I’ve grown attachments to certain pieces that I ultimately ended up using for this purpose.

These necklaces are solid sterling with either a clear quartz or a garnet. The stone spins on the axis which also helps with the calming process.
